Generally the construction materials and methods are to suit your requirements, and may include:
- Reinforced concrete.
- Steel framed and/or clad.
- Masonry brick or blockwork, which may be steel reinforced.
- Composite structures, efficiently using a combination of steel beams and concrete slabs working together.
- Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), which is very lightweight and very efficient insulation for temperature and sound.
- Composite materials, such as polystyrene panel and colorbond steel sheet, again a very good insulating panel.
