Commercial Design

Commercial Building Design varies across a wide range and includes:
  • Warehouse design in concrete precast or tilt up panel and hot-rolled steel-framed. These may include an upper or mezzanine floor.
  • Office design, in a variety of materials to your requirements.
  • Factory extension design.
  • Light C-section large clear span sheds to 30m. These are light, economical construction which provide large areas of enclosed or semi-enclosed building space.
  • Hotel upgrades and Refurbishments to architectural requirements.
  • Service Station designs.
  • Office Building upgrades and refurbishments.

Generally the construction materials and methods are to suit your requirements, and may include:

  • Reinforced concrete.
  • Steel framed and/or clad.
  • Masonry brick or blockwork, which may be steel reinforced.
  • Composite structures, efficiently using a combination of steel beams and concrete slabs working together.
  • Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), which is very lightweight and very efficient insulation for temperature and sound.
  • Composite materials, such as polystyrene panel and colorbond steel sheet, again a very good insulating panel.
  • Timber.
  • Aluminium (a large variety of alloys of different strengths and properties).
