The following entries shall form the relevant parts of the Annexure to the Standard, Part A.

Item 1	The Brief shall be as agreed in writing.
Item 3	Magryn & Associates Pty Ltd ACN 090 560 099 ABN 651 455 748 34
Item 6A	No.
Item 8	All to be paid by the client.
Item 11	$250,000 or the agreed fee in item 18, whichever is the less.
Item 14	As agreed.
Item 20	18% per annum, plus all collection costs including legal fees.
Other items shall be as agreed with the client.

Tax invoices are issued on completion of work or at the end of each calendar month, and are payable within 14 days. Payment may be made by:

• cash
• cheque made payable to "Magryn & Associates Pty. Ltd."
• direct electronic payment to our account
• money order.

We do not accept payment via credit card or EFTPOS.
